Hailing from France, Frizzy P & Mr Cole make a defiant return to the limelight as they unveil their latest track, 'THE BIGGER MAN SANK'. Making waves from the previous release 'All Good Things', the track stands up to the group's distinctive, trippy sonic glow. The single adds colour to the group's defiant, truly analogue nostalgia, allowing them to sound just as fresh as they do recognisable.
Exploring the themes and influences behind the track, the group dive into explain, "We touch on social pressures, the way the system pushes some people to the sidelines, how injustices keep repeating—yet despite it all, "there are still voices rising." The song also speaks about the role of women in this struggle, with the idea that even when everything seems lost, resistance remains—through speech, through song. At the time I wrote the lyrics, I was watching the Brett Kavanaugh trial in full on Court TV, and it made me sick. I had deep admiration for Christine Blasey Ford. It’s a topic that didn’t stay in the public’s mind for long, but it hit me hard.”
